FURNY SOFA MUMBAI - Disservice From Furny Sofa and Poor Quality Sofa

I purchased * Seater Bernice Manual Recliner Sofa from Furny.in website on **th Jan'**. I got their reference from Urban ladder and thought that they are reliable and trust worthy. Prior to booking, I contacted them to check if Sofa will be produced same as shown on website. They confirmed and hence I booked it online. However, when I received the Sofa on **th Feb'**, I realized that it is not same as shown on website in terms of Specification, Comfort, Material Quality , color and workmanship. Sofa had manufacturing defects as below:
*. First, width of sofa mentioned on website was ** inch, in actual it was only ** inch, hence it was not giving required lumber support , sofa was not designed ergonomically, seat height was higher putting strain on calf muscles.
*. Sofa leather material quality is completely different than as shown on website. Instead of dark walnut brown material, actual color of sofa was dull brown and look very cheap.
*. Although they have mentioned about exceptional comfort in their sofa, it seems foam used in sofa is of lower quality and does not give intended comfort. I expected better comfort and was extremely dissatisfied with the sofa as it does not meet my requirement.
*. On **th Feb I contacted Shubham , Sales co-oridnator from Furny team to return sofa, he mentioned that there will be additional charges of **% if I want to return the sofa. But after that call, he did not pick up my phone and till today and he is absconding. Then I contacted customer support team Yasmin , similar to Shubham she spoke to me once and then till today not picking up my phone call. Since **th Feb’**, I am following up with Furny team thru email and phone, but no one is responding and do not even pick up my phone calls. It was very strange that their sales support line was open , but customer support - no one was picking up.
*. This rude behavior from Furny team made me to believe that they do not care about customer and not going to support me. This was very frustrating for entire family as I invested my hard earned money to purchase comfortable sofa. Furny sofa does not meet my expectation. I feel that as customer I have all rights to get refund as quality does not match as shown on website.
*. Somehow I got email address of senior person (Mahendra) from their sales call center. I shared all the reason for returning the sofa. They offered *% as compensation towards manufacturing defects and but not ready to take return.
*. I expect them refund of my hard earned money and take back their sofa.
