Sreejith Premlal filed complaint against Amazon India on Aug 5, 2018
I have placed an order on and was promised to deliver the product on **th of July. On **th I got an e-mail addressing that the product is ready for pick-up from the store, as I opted to pick up the product from the store. When i called up the store they replied that they didn't receive any product on mu name. I waited till **th July, but the store had the same answer fir me. So i called up the Amazon customer care and they promised me that they will escalate this issue to the concerned department and that I will get the product on *th of August. On *rd August I got an e-mail telling that the product has been re-send as I was not responding. I was completely shocked and called up the customer care and he was telling me to re-order the same product, and didn't give any assurance that again it won't happen. I asked agent to transfer the call to supervisor and I was shocked to hear the response from the supervisor. He was pre-recorded with "sir, you have to re-order". I began explaining the whole story, and I noticed that, somewhere in the middle, that i am not getting any response from him, then again after ** seconds he was like "sir, you have to re-order". I was sure that he was not listening to me and I asked him to tell what I told last, and he didn't had any answer, he was just telling delivery issue. I asked him to be specific and tell where did I stop explaining, and to my surprise he was not responding for almost * minutes and finally he disconnected my call. I have the voice recording as evidence to support my complaint. Please do the needful.
