I ordered medicine through pharmeasy.in. At the time of placing the order they clearly mentioned the date of delivery will be on or before **-**-****. But order is not yet delivered. When I contacted their customer service several times regarding this but did not get resolved. The order contains important medicine and it is very needful for patient.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
