My sister ordered crocs brown flip-flops for my dad in the Paytm mall worth rupees ****/- after that my sister received a message that your order is shipped with order id ********** and on the expected delivery date my sister got a message that your product was delivered and my sister called my dad and asked about the flip-flops my father said that he didn't receive any flip-flops.Then my sister contacted customer care and they said that they will enquire and will initiate the Refund.After somedays again my sister called they didn't give proper reply and after contacting many times they told to contact xpressbess couriers.But my sister ordered in Paytm mall they should be responsible not the courier persons.so I decide to complaint in the voxya to get the refund
