Rohan Kashyap filed complaint against Paytm Mall on Sep 9, 2019
This is in regard to my Order - "**********" placed on Paytm Mall for a set of deodrants costing Rs ***. I placed the order on **th Aug and the status changed to Delivered to "Chatan" on **th Aug, however I never got any delivery. In fact, I did not receive any single call from the delivery person.
I called up Paytm Customer Care immediately and informed them that there is no person with the mentioned name on my address and I have not got any delivery. After weeks of follow-ups , I finally got the response that the order is delivered to Chatan and they are closing my issue.
This is totally unacceptable. Paytm customer care cant publish call records made to my number(as I know the delivery guy never called me) or the details of the person who collected the order from my address (because there is noone with that name on my address). I can not just accept your response because I know it is not true and I wont let you get away with such occurrences only because you think that customers would give up at a point.
My order was prepaid with wallet transaction I'd "***********".
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
