I ordered a half sleeve t-shirt at Bewakoof.com and after few days it's status changed to delivered. I did not receive any call from any courier person as i was the one who should receive it.
Upon tracking the shipment through the Bluedart site, It showed that the pincode was wrongly written and my shipment which was to be originally delivered at Ranchi , got delivered at Delhi to some other random guy!
This is completely ridiculous as I was the reciever and I did not receive any call. How could the courier guy deliver it in the first place.
Upon reaching out to Bluedart, they said they would revert in * days but didn't.
Bewakoof is still silent despite writing multiple mails.
This is really sad that online businesses care little about their customers and considering the amount, if they would do the same to **** or ***** people , they are gaining lakhs of rupees!
I want bewakoof to respond and make sure that i get my shipment or refund.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
