The Byjus execuitive Mr.Rohit Raj attended our house to explain the Byjus product for class **th Std, and we showed him the book which use in my kid school , for Science ICSC and Maths CBSC, finally we bought the product for Rs.*****/- and paid the Advance of Rs.****/-( **** -Cash and Rs.**** as Cheque) now we came to know that the SD card contain only ICSC / CBSC it seems and still the product not deviled - if we ask again they showing the date for next ** days and even for the call they dont response properly and just buying time for the discussion - due to pathetic sale agent response we would like the cancel the order and required the refund of the same
