Aditya Dalmia filed complaint against Croma A Tata Product on May 1, 2026
I am filing this complaint against Croma (Infiniti Retail Ltd) for Order No [TC************]. The product was promised to be delivered by **th April ****, *:** PM. As of *st May, the product has not been delivered, and the company has failed to provide any genuine tracking information.
Key Issues:
No Real-Time Tracking: Unlike competitors like Amazon, Croma's system provides no live tracking or AWB number. The status has been stuck at "Shipped" without any movement.
Ineffective Customer Support: I have contacted customer care multiple times. They only "raise tickets" which result in no action or follow-up. They claimed a "Handover to Courier" occurred, yet cannot provide the courier name or driver contact details.
Deficiency in Service: There is a total lack of shipping support. The company is failing to meet its own stated Delivery SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
Suspicion of Fraud: Due to the complete lack of transparency and the inability of the staff to confirm the physical location of the item, I have a strong doubt regarding the genuineness of the shipment. I suspect the product may not have been shipped at all or is a ghost listing.
Prayer / Relief Sought:
I request the National Consumer Helpline to intervene and direct Croma to:
Provide an immediate, verifiable location of my product and a direct contact for the delivery executive.
Complete the delivery within ** hours or provide a full refund with interest.
Provide compensation for the mental harassment and time lost due to their deceptive tracking practices.
