On ** august at **:** i have booked (* wheeler) on porter (CRN **********) to pick a material from our supplier to our company then delivery guy collected the material from supplier but even after * hr he didn't delivered a material nor called me after some time i made a call then he told me that he lost material somewhere and i'm searching for it i did even ask him ok share me a location we'll also come to search since that material supposed to be delivered to customer by * "o'clock he told me no need sir i'll search and bring it to u then i kept i waited for ** mins and called him and phone has been switched off he just ghosted without informing anything since then i'm complaining to porter till now i've not they just open a case whenever i called them then they will close without solving the case .that product worth was around **k including gst.
