Byjus - Package not delivered

I had taken the Byju's product for my son for **th & **th standard in commerce. For this, I was directed by the Byju's to Capital float finance for the EMI option. Byju's have managed to send the sd card for the **th standard but still failed to provide the sd card for the **th standard. Every month the EMI deducted from my bank. I have informed the counsellor many times but they are unable to provide the **th standard course in commerce.
Finally, I have sent the mail for cancellation and asked for the stop payment of the EMI. Now I am getting the SMS from the capital float to make the necessary payment with late payment charges. My point is why should I pay the amount when I have not received the product? So far I have paid **k to capital float but now I have stopped the payment and informed the same to Byju's and capital float. Request you to kindly help me to get the refund amount and instruct Byju's to communicate the same to capital float for not debiting the amount from the bank. I have also mailed the cancellation format to the Byju's.
