I have booked the individual Van for shifting from Chennai to Mumbai. The packages and scottor was kept properly in individual van. While pickup time, i am shocked, the van was porter tempo and it was small, all the household items are filled like garbage.
All box are damages, things are collaps, two wheeler are missing.
while calling to nobroker, no action as been taken.
I have booked **k for indivisual van, so that my things come safly at home. Called noborker support time and escalation team, they are supporting the transporter.
This one is very cheap service from noborker packers and movers.
Simply nobroker saying apply for insurance. apartfrom my * item is missing.
No one is intemated about the changes of van.
Requesting I need my Missing * itmes (* is scotter and * packet which is containg all our memories of photos, CD and other document.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
