Praveen filed complaint against DTDC on May 25, 2021
I booked a parcel on ** May that contains medicine for heart disease for my parents.
Tracking ID - Z********
And this is not delivered till now.
They charged a higher amount ***/- INR for a small box of medicine. And still it's not delivered.
That parcel have destination for Bari distt. Dholpur Rajasthan Pin - ******
But on their tracking website it shows Out for delivery At Agra.
Please refer attached screenshot.
Their customer support is pathetic. I tried ** times to call them but only * times i got their response and their response was "Ok we will check and let you know".
