DTDC - Package not delivered

After a few days of my continuous communication with the lawyer, Police and the DTDC management, we have got to know that the mistake is completely from Meerut DTDC booking point. Here is my second complaint, Please read and try to understand. Thanks in Advance for your patience.

On the *th of January ****, I have posted a requirement for Mavis *** shuttlecocks in IndiaMart. I have received a few messages/calls from the verified sellers who sell the mentioned product through that medium. One of the contacted sellers is Balbir Singh(S.K sports). Pinged me on Whatsapp and asked about my requirement. He said there is a discount if we order ** pieces then I get an offer of ***rs. per barrel. So i have talked to him on phone and made a deal for ** barrels and each one is at ***rs.

He has asked me to pay ****/- as advance and half payment(****/-) once the shipping has been done. As agreed, i have paid ****/- as advance and he has shown a DTDC courier slip saying that my package has been shipped. I have paid ****/- which makes a total sum of payment ****/-. The DTDC consignment number is D********. After the payment, I have checked the details of the consignment number and there's no data recorded in the DTDC site/App. I have done the payment via UPI payment mode to the number **********. He had contacted me through the number **********.

Since **th of January ****, Both the numbers were not reachable(Switched off). I have gone to our nearest DTDC service, Anakapalle for checking the consignment details. They had told me that the consignment has not been booked yet. But it was submitted at

I have again contacted mobile number **********. Someone called RISHAB SHARMA picking my calls and he's disconnecting when I ask about my consignment number. Till now there's no communication with the seller Balbir Singh and the DTDC management. Finally understood that I have got cheated.

I'm attaching his account number, transaction details, courier slips provided, and the package details.

Actually, the process of sending a package through a courier service is we give the package(to be shipped) to the DTDC store and the concerned person checks it and assigns a consignment number to that package. Then the consignee will be given a receipt which has a tracking number and the payment details for that package.

My question here is, how that person Balbir Singh is having a secured new DTDC slip without booking a package?

To get to know the answer, I have called to DTDC customer care on **th of Jan ****. They have given the contact number of the person called Abhishek who is the head of the U.P DTDC courier services. I have explained the fraud happened with me. He kept me in the conference call and contacted Rishabh sharma. And Rishabh Sharma had agreed that a person from S.K. sports arrived at his booking point and asked him for a courier slip on *th of Jan **** so that he'll get the package after attaching it to it. When Rishabh asked for a reason, Balbir Singh had explained that the package is heavy. Rishabh also told that he left and never came back with the package after taking the courier slip.

In the attachment, you can see a package with my address written on a white paper attached to it. You can see the sticker of the tracking number(D********) pasted on it. By that, we can confirm that it's a Brand new secured DTDC tracking slip.

My Allegation here is:

==> Without seeing the package, why Rishabh Sharma(DTDC) had given a tracking slip to Balbir Singh(Fraud). To be frank, I had transferred money only after seeing the DTDC shipping slip thinking that my package has already been taken care by DTDC.

The persons included for making this Fraud happened are:

Balbir Singh - S. K sports, UP - who is a Dealer and a Fraud - +** ***** *****, **********
Rishabh Sharma - DTDC booking, Meerut, U.P - who helped the Fraud(Balbir Singh) by giving a tracking slip without asking for a package which is not supposed to happen. - +** ***** *****
