Pharmeasy - Package not delivered

I had placed an order through pharmeasy online medicine distributor on *th of October, ****. The parcel was shipped on the next day itself and the estimated delivery date was **th Oct, ****. Since it was a medicine order, I had ordered it thinking that it will get delivered within or on the estimated delivery date. But I would like to mention here that it has not been delivered yet, as on **th October, ****, which is * days beyond the delivery date whereas the shipment had reached the destination hub on the **th Oct itself.
Now pharmeasy doesn't even allow me to place a refund. So i had to place the same order from another medicine company since it was not available at the local store. I have intimated them several times that it is an inhaler of an asthma patient. But I did not receive any satisfactory service from them.
