I ordered a realme * *g *GB ***GB RAM phone on **th oct ****, for which the full amount was deducted from my credit card. The product was to be delivered on **th oct, but i have not yet received it. I filed a complained on **th oct, and calling them regularly since then..but they are not giving me any update regarding the delivery. I have even mailed the head of customer support and to the CEO's desk..but still no calls i have received from their back end team to give me an update regarding the product.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
