Reshmi Nair filed complaint against Amazon India on Dec 18, 2018
Package was supposed to be delivered on **th of December ****.I was shockwd to see the status updated as delivered on the app.I called the customer service and requested it is okay if it is delayed but do not give false information as it amounts to cheating.It is * days since **th december.Neither I have received the item nor the status updated as still in transit.The call centre is very irresponsive. They kind of humiliate and talk whenever I call.I am surprised by the casual attitude of them.One girl even advised me not to be frustrated for *** Rs.I am not bothered about money or item anymore.Why is Amazon cheating people by giving false information.If an item cannot be delivered on a promised date just say sorry ,the item is delayed due to technical reasons.I will understand such an explanation and will be willing to wait for a couple more days.Showing an item as delivered and not addressing the issue is not acceptable me.Every day I call the customer care and I will continue to pester them till I find a solution
