I have sent my bike from Hyderabad on *th October. It has to reach me at Pune by *th October as promised by the vendor at Gati. It has reached Pune on Monday as per status. But, has not reached me as of now **th October. As per app, assured date to reach me was *th October. Customer care was even worst. You have to wait in call for **minutes. Then they will simply lie to you casually that it will reach tomorrow. But, you will neither get your parcel nor you will have any information about what happened to your parcel. Very poor service and cheating people. My bike costs *,***** and its emotionally valuable to me too. And, there is no information about its status. Please help.
