I am very dissatisfied with the parcel delivery service from Pune to Mumbai that I ordered on **th June. My parcel arrived in Mumbai on **th June and was supposed to be delivered to me on **th June. However, the app falsely claims that the delivery was attempted on **, ** and ** June but failed because I was not at the location and my contact numbers were unreachable. This is not true at all, as I never received any call from the delivery agent and both my numbers are working fine.
I have repeatedly contacted the porter customer care and emailed the porter customer support, but they have not resolved the issue or given me any satisfactory explanation. It has been more than a week since my parcel reached Mumbai and I still have not received it. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
