I ordered MacBook in Reliance Digital online platform on **th August and EDD was *th September. But till date it is not received. I called customer support multiple times and even raised the issue over email also to escalation team and Brain Bade but all of them keep on saying the same thing and we will resolve it. I said to cancel my product and return my money but they are not even cancelling it saying it's in Shipped status. They are neither delivering my product not returning my money back.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
