Arti Udainiya filed complaint against DTDC on Jun 29, 2021
My food package (consignment no- D********) was sent from Lucknow on **th of June ****. It was supposed to be delivered to me on **rd of June. Till now it’s status is “in transit”. From **rd to **th it is in transit. My family sent me this food items by DTDC so that I’ll get it by **rd without getting it’s rotten. But I don’t know what happened to my package. DTDC customer care help line is of no use because they are not replying. I tweeted also but still I didn’t get my parcel.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
