DTDC - Package is missing and not updated since Oct 2021

My courier AWB no. D******** in which * boxes are there.* is delivered but the other one which contains my company's laptop D*********** has not updated its status since * Oct ****. In status, it is saying that it is transited from Ludhiana to Ambala but the status is not updated that the courier reached Ambala. It's been more than *days since the status was last updated. It's my company's laptop that I have sent in it.

Please help me. I talked to customer care and raised ticket ******* with high priority and followed up on that multiple times but did not get any positive result. I also talked to the main booking branch in Ludhiana. They said they have also asked the Ambala team to check the courier but no reply from them. Also, they checked with the vigilance team but still no reply.

Please help, it's my company's Laptop. They are saying to send the laptop quickly and explain to them my situation.
