My order was handed over to porter all india parcel service on *nd dec **.
The package is stuck for * days and is not moving and they have still not handed over to Xpressbees partner till date
No help is given on customer care on why the package is on hold
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
