My order has been cancelled without any satisfactory reason. I placed my order on ** oct **** with order id ********** and it was a prepaid order of amount ****. My order was accepted, confirmed and shipped. But on ** Oct **** it was cancelled saying that they are unable to deliver. I ordered it during Diwali sale. If Paytm had refused it on the day i placed order i would have ordered it from some other online shopping site. But Paytm took my money, used it for a week, wasted my time and then cancelled it. This is a kind of harassment.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
