Hi..... I booked the hotel City view where myself along with my kids, mother and sister were supposed to stay.... the rating and pictures were extremely misleading. The property was not appropriate for a family to stay. I cancelled the booking and was supposed to get the money back however the hotel ha shown me as checked in and i m being told that i will not be eligible for refund.
Such a trouble for my small kids and mother inspite of the fact that we paid for the stay in advance.
Above all this is almost illegal to show some one as checked in when i never checked in..... this is very offensive to me.
