Dear OYO, I had booked a prepaid room for myself in hotel o Anshun residency near mk cinemas Rohini through your app. But when we went to check at the property, we were told by the staff that the hotel does not accept prepaid booking. They took our OYO booking ID and said that they will cancel our booking and you will get a refund. And you book another room by cash payment. We booked another room by cash payment. But our prepaid booking was not cancelled and we were shown checking in the hotel and we were not refunded. Then I complained to customer support but they did not help me at all

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
