I had booked an OYO room through GOIBIBO for Hotel Shiva's valley oyo townhouse , Metgutad,Mahabaleshwar from Jan **th to Jan **th by looking at their room photos.
When I reached the hotel, I was rudely informed by the hotel manager Mr.Abhishek (Mobile number ****** *****) that I will be given a room in the basement (* floors underground) with a view of the gutter.
I had already prepaid Rs **** to OYO, hence I reluctantly checked in, spent * night, complained to OYO and booked another room in another hotel for Rs. **** more for the next day and checked out promptly after spending exactly * night, though I had paid for * nights.
I need a full refund of my Rs. **** since that hotel is not worth even single penny, the rooms are suffocating with bad toilet smell coming from the gutter outside...Gutter view.
My booking id is GH**************.
I will be taking this to consumer court for damages of Rs. * lakh since my health is affected, in case I dont get the refund.
