I am a NRI. I came to india for one week to make some pooja in kollur mookambika temple. My place is kannur kerala. We are ** people including infants and elderly people. For the comfort journey i select oyo to book. Room. First i choose ambika guest house at price of **** rupees for ** guest for * night on **th september. I got a message from oyo my booking is confirmed. But ** th september night i got a message that due to some reason oyo changing ambika guest house to butterfly camp hotel. But they told me butterfly camp is expensive but this is from oyo mistake balance amount will be paid by oyo itself as a complimentary. So i paid *** rs as an advance. After that i got a mail from oyo that my new booking is confirmed with butterfly camp. So we start our journey on **th september at ** am. We reach butterfly camp hotel at ** pm. This hotel located inside the thick forest. I tried to call hotel but they told me they didnt get any update from oyo. So they dont have room for me. Then i tried to contact oyo customercare. But their service was pathetic. From ** pm to * am continously i called to oyo for the help. We stuck inside the forest with heavy rain. Each time oyo agent told me he will transfer call to senior managet for that i need to wait some time. But each time i Wait around ** minute to contact senior manager but their reply also pathetic. They are giving fake promises and irresponsible iformations only. I beg them for the help because my kid have high fever and my entire family was tired and feared with atmosphere. But from their side no response. Finally i called to hotel to open gate but they told me they dont have room. After long discussion with hotel and oyo finally i understood they both are playing. So i return to kollur town to check room from my side. But that time around * am with festive season i couldnt find any room for my family. Then i cancel my entire plannimg we return to our native place. This oyo cheating company spoli my journey. They didnt show humanity. They are cheating peoples. I lost my leave, i lost my money, i lost my journey. I lost around ***** rs without any benifit. So i need a compensation from oyo side. If they given money also it is not worth that me and my family faced in horrible forest. So please make this complaint at higher authority.
