I booked an Oyo on the date of */*/**** booking ID NRTF ****. I paid the full amount but I can't able to check-in some reason. So I contacted Oyo assistant they only cancel and initiated refund but till now I didn't get my money. I spoke with Oyo more times but they are telling our side the refund process is done, so contact your branch like that they are saying. I contacted the branch they are telling if they initiated your refund surely you will get it our branch won't hold any money for anybody like that they are saying. I attached all proof. It proves I didn't get a refund. I advised everyone doesn't pay online specially for OYO they will cheat you.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
