On ** Dec, ** i have booked room at Tanvi Grand Visakhapatnam. As oyo app shows last few room left, i have paid ****. When i reach at hotel, hotel person told me that room i booked not available. If i stay with my wife n kid need to pay another ****. I have argued lot with that guy at night *.**. Final i asked to cancel the booking, he told me cancel the booking from my end to get refund. Now OYO not agreeing to pay refund money as i have canceled the booking. Kindly look into this n take necessary action.
