**-**-**** I called OYO customer service and told them to book a room in Rajamahendravaram, they booked a room in a hotel called Parnasala princely, they asked me to pay some amount (***rs) in GPay and I paid that amount. They sent me a room details on WhatsApp but I didn't like it after seeing the photos of a hotelI called the oyo customer and I did not like the hotel and made a request to cancel it. The Oyo customer canceled but the amount was not refunded.Again on the same day (**-**-****) I called Oyo customer service and told them to book a room but this time they booked another room, I didn't say that I like that hotel but they said that I have to pay some amount and they put a request in gpay ( ***rs) I paid that amount and the booking was confirmed The booking was made and the details were given on WhatsApp. I called the hotel and I liked the hotel. If I asked to pay the remaining amount at your hotel, no, I will give it to you. Sir, I paid online and came to the hotel.I was given an option to pay a fixed amount on WhatsApp with details. I paid **** rs online and the money was deducted from my account but the hotel room was not booked.What is it when I called oyo customer service we didn't receive it sir only (***rs) was received but it was deducted from my account but I don't know sir they cut the call only *** rs refund remaining amount are not refund (****rs)
