I made a hotel booking from Oyo app and paid money online, when I went at the hotel for checkin hotel were asking me **** rupees extra so I called Oyo regarding that matter, they told me to wait they will call the hotel but after some time they told that hotel is not answering there call so they will make some other place adjustment nearby but after waiting for half an hour they said to call again after some time as hotels are not available and after some time they automatically cancelled my booking and I was all stuck outside without any help and after that my money was also not refunded till date, and that day I had to hard work for finding other place as I did not had enough cash. They should had given some solution or made other adjustments as I was ready to go or should have refunded my money so I could book hotel other on my own. Still money not refunded and when I call helpline numbers they directly cut the call
