Sir I booked a hotel on oyo app on *th Oct and paid **** but it got failed that time they didn't give bookind id and not even send any confirmation notification or sms or mail regarding booking and I checked my credit card statement in that also there is no transaction of **** at that time so i wait for a ** minutes and tried booking again and this time and paid **** and the bookind got successfull immediately I got all conformation sms and booking id this time so I checked in the hotel with this booking id "MUCM****" now and i seen the Rs **** trasaction also in my credit card statement after one hour of second booking still I didn't got the booking id for the first booking of Rs **** from oyo not even showing in the app also regarding that booking so I thought it's a technical glitch from oyo so I may get refund of first booking but today on **/**/****, *.** pm suddenly I got a message from oyo that mentioned refund for the booking id "J*S*****" of Rs ****. I shocked how this bookind id generated after * days of booking and how they initiated only Rs **** refund instead of Rs ****.
