I booked suit room in oyo for my guests from Gujrat for the date **-**-**** booking ID KNUG****, when I went to hotel they said we are not attached with oyo and for you there is no room. I contacted with customer care they raised issue ID******* and said we will respond you within * mins but no response, after ** mins again I called but no response. Because of this issue I booked room in Hotel Citadel it is costing about *k and my schedule of meeting totally changed. It affected my status. There is no response please resolve this issue. Today they disconnecting my call
