Prasad Khade filed complaint against Oyo on May 15, 2019
We stayed at Oyo ***** Sanman Regency, Mysore on the **th of May to the **th of May **** and occupied * rooms. Booking was done under the name Prasad Khade, booking ID SFCP****. We were charged **** INR for each room for * night and **** INR in total. Looking at the conditions of the room it should not cost more **** to **** INR per night. There was no hot water even after complaining several times we were charged for a water bottle with ** rupees per bottle which should have been free. We were given only one towel in each room. The corridor was disgusting and had water and food spilled at places. There was no lift in the building.
After speaking to the hotel manager later I got to know that Oyo had asked them to increase the price of the room because of high demand.
We were travelling with kids and senior citizens this stay has caused us major inconvenience and trouble. I want compensation for the trouble.
