I have ordered for * fans *n **th april ****(Order Number *****************M )but only one was received and raised a complaint ticket no- #********** according to this ""Refund of Rs. ***/- has been initiated on **th April, **** and refund will be received within *-* days''. But till today ( **th October **** )refund has not been credited. I have approached Jio customer care several times, send e-mails around ** times. Every time they assured that within ** hours my query will be solved. I am vexed with their behavior. I request you to justice for me
