Jio Mart - Return rejected

I ordered a watch strap for my Apple Watch from JioMart. Since the product was expensive, I contacted their customer support via chat before placing the order to confirm whether it could be returned if I was not satisfied with the quality. The support agent clearly informed me that the item was returnable under such circumstances. I have attached the chat screenshot as proof. To reconfirm, I also spoke with their customer support team over the phone. They again assured me that the product was returnable within the specified period and advised me to proceed with the purchase. Although I do not have the call recording, this was verbally confirmed to me. Additionally, the product page itself (https://www.jiomart.com/p/electronics/apple-watch-**-mm-terracotta-black-alpine-loop-titanium-finish-m/*********) links to JioMart’s official return and refund policy (https://www.jiomart.com/cancellation-return-refund-policy), which clearly states that watch straps are returnable within * days without any conditions. I am attaching the relevant screenshots for reference. Despite all this, my return request was rejected. I tried resolving the issue by contacting their customer support multiple times, but they did not provide any solution. I also reached out to their grievance department, but I have not received any response. Hence, I am filing this complaint and requesting appropriate action.
