Jio mart - NOT GETTING REFUND OF RSFRM JIO MART NOR GOT MY PRODUCT

I had ordered elaichi for diwali on *th october ****, the product was not delivered till **th october **** inspite of repeated followup. I was given everyday new date of delivery. I was forced to cancel my order on **st october **** and get refund of rs ***.**.

They hv given ARN NUMBER ********* frm their side for release of payment whereas we would need UTR number to check the payment.

I hv personally checked with my bank till date (*.**.**) amt is not credited. They reply to my mails with same content everytime and they are not disclosing the account number where the amount has been credited.

Pls take urgent action.
