This order my return pickedup Saturday **th September but refund not received stiil now * day completed *rd October complain received jiomart customer care executive & another waiting *-* working days allready completed but my refund not received, allredy may complain open status, And your givence officer is repeatedly telling me to email wait a little and I will give you the resolution very soon.My product is prepaid ***/- upi paid but still now show returned before pickup for your jio mart application, please refund initiated quickly back to sourse as soon as possible my issue is please solve quickly please quaparate urgent basis. Not help customer service & grievance officer complain allredy open status They keep saying that your case will be resolved quickly through email. but not solve **days running today...Please please help
