Croma A Tata Product - Order returned but no refund

It has been almost a week since my return was collected by croma delivery person, but I still haven’t received any confirmation regarding my refund. Even the return pickup status has been put on hold. No communication from croma support team. Already mailed them and called them countless times, but no valid response from their side.
