Hai sir,
I have order a home there online and due to medical emergency I want to cancel the order from the day I ordered I am contacting your stupid customer service team for cancel and refund but no one is trying to listen and solve my problem. One is saying we are not correct person and some are saying already our team has is looking into it and some are saying you will receive call by end of day but not help already * days passed no update..
And I was shocked that the status in my reliance app it show that the item is delivered when it. Have refuse the delivery bot not deliver the order and he accept the same return to your bc. Then who has delivered the package and to whom and what was the verification done And I dropped many mails to CEO and customer care but there is no reply from you to..
I need money for medical emergency and process the same and take this as complaint.
