Harmesh prakash filed complaint against Croma A Tata Product on Oct 7, 2022
I placed an order from croma on **.**.****. After payment, money was debited but order was not processed further. Same day I called customer service and ask them to look into it.
Since then i have been calling customer support daily but no resolution has been provided till now.
Even my complain has been closed without any update.
I have mailed the screenshots of order section and sent a direct message on twitter also.
Its been more than a week since I registered my first complaint…No resolution is provided from croma till now.
Every time I am told to keep patient and wait for the call.
