Neha Mahadik filed complaint against Lenskart on May 28, 2023
On **th May, **** Kavesar Lenskart took my purchase and accepted my money via credit card.
I find out next day that no Order ID is generated and no purchase was ever recorded.Blaming as System Glitch. My refund is not being processed.
All required details were communicated over email. No support from Store manager or Customer care not helping.
The Store also pulled down their shutters for closing time ** minutes before closing - this shutter hurt our head pretty bad. It hurts.
