I need help with a product which I ordered and it is not delivered, on the delivery day it is shown as not able to deliver, but i didn't get any call , on the next day i contacted the delivery person in the morning and he told he will deliver it in the evening and i contacted him in the evening and he told he will deliver the next day and after few hours in the app it is updated that the order is returned to seller, i had to contact coustomer care multiple times,once a coustomer care person told me after contacting delivery person that he told the exchange mobile screen is damaged,which is a lie as no one contacted me or visited me for delivery and i contacted again and one supervisor told me that i should contact him the next day so that they can fill a form in the timings *am to *pm, so i contacted them the next day at *am for the delivery and then they told me that it is not possible (another lie). and after talking to them for ** min or so they told that the item is returned to seller and I will get a refund and asked me to place the order again, to which I am so frustrated and angry I had to wait for * days and now due to amazon lies and delivery person lies another * days and then they promised that i should order again and it will be delivered to me . So I ordered again and now again i waited for three days and again the same thing happened I called delivery person in the morning and he told he will deliver it in the evening and in the evening it is updated that there is a problem and i contacted the coustomer care again and they say the same. I am furious on Amazon, i had to waste hours on talking to them and they told many lies and wasted my * days for a mobile which I ordered
