Hello sir, myself Rishav I ordered Samsung S* tab from reliance Digital online platform on ninth of November on the offer where I am getting ****+ cashback on the Diwali offer but after the offer no today**th of November till now I haven’t got my order from ninth estimated delivery date shown is **th of November to **th of November but on my order page the delivery date is on **th of November from **th of November I am contacting CUSTOMER CARE of reliance Digital and they are just telling me wait till **th of November you will get your order then also I repeatedly complained them that I am not receiving any tracking ID and all so please look into this matter they are repeatedly rejecting my this request and saying wait till **thOf November you will get your order but after **th of November they are not able to send the tracking ID and I don’t know where is where the my order is now when I am complaining to higher authority also they are also not responding properly I I emailed them I mail their CEO also email their head executive also I contacted over Facebook social media Twitter social media also but no response till now in public figure when I am complaining that they are contacting me and saying me that we will solve your matter in ** hours but they are unable to do that after that call I am not receiving a call at all.
Now I want to raise this complaint that these all company in offer they take in all the money from their customer and not providing their service what they deserve.
I purchased this tablet on EMI Hdfc offer where I paid first EMI too Till now I haven’t got my order and my EMI is deducted from my bank no I am unable to figuring out when my order will be delivered to my address and when I am complaining to higher authority Off reliance Digital but still they are not Able to solve their customer resolution.
So please help me in this matter I want my product as soon as possible but they are not responding at all I have tried many things on social media on complaining a CCEO email but no one answered till now very frustrating service by reliance Digital.
