Paytm Mall - Order cancellation amount not refunded

Maine * April ko paytm mall se ek wrist watch order ki jiska amount ***₹ hai sath mein uska **₹ delivery charges tha. Product international tha toh uski delivery date ** April thi. Mujhe ** April ko order mila or jab maine order ke regarding courier company mein phone kiya toh mere sath misbehave baat ki. Mein fir ** April ko *:** pm par order cancel kar diya. Mujhe refund cahiye. Jab maine uss amount ke refund ke regarding paytm mall ke customer care mein call ki toh unhone bola ki ** hours ka wait kijiye order cancel ke baad uske baad aapko amount refund ho jayega. Par aaj jab maine call ki *:** pm date ** April ko toh company wale bol rahe ki abhi or time lgega. Unke answer se mein satisfy nahi hun. Mujhe nahi pata. I want my money back.
