Orange Tours and Travels - Orange Travels did not refund amount upon cancellation of bus

Bus from gokarna to Hyderabad (Dated Feb **th ****) got cancelled suddenly citing an accident on previous day. Orange Travels called and informed about cancellation and postponed the booking to next day (*st March ****) since I could not find an alternative immediately. However after some time I found an alternative and started from gokarna considering that I need to pay extra for stay at gokarna. If I postpone for next day it would cost me **** extra for stay itself.
Now the real problem is their cancellation policy. Their cancellation site doesn't work properly, nor their customer care number which never connects.
Upon multiple efforts found some number and reached out to customer service. However they say that they can not refund citing their cancellation policy. More over they suggested that I could have dropped an email.
Orange travels i very irresponsible and care only about making money. I felt that their entire staff is very rude to customer, starting from Driver to other support staff. They get into argument very quickly.

I suggest travel by government transport bus or rail. or go by flight instead of loosing money unnecessarily and undergo unnecessary tension and discomfort.
