I ordered a phone against order id RDF******** on ** Aug.The phone I received was in a torn box with seal broken. Also when I checked phone, there are screenshots saved in phone which were taken in July. When I tried to charge the phone, half of phone's body it is heating up. I have rasied complaint and regularly fllowing up over call and mails but no response at all. No progress made against complaint. Very poor customer service.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
