On *th Feb i took old cab from my home to Bangalore international airport..when i reached airport i was not able to pay online due to technical issues.I paid cash to driver and asked him to update it.after * days when i tried to book the cab it was showing previous payment pending that means driver didn't update my cash payment..i was in a rush for reaching somewhere so i paid the pending amount and took a cab..next day when i called customer care and told them about this incident, they said driver denied about cash payment, so they can't refund me the amount.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
