Amazon India - Not Returning the product after multiple calls.

I placed an order for ** different times on ** the October. * of those items were either subsequential quality or had size issues. I placed a request for Return of those items. * of them were scheduled to get return on **nd October **** and * on **th October ****.
I've made * calls to Amazon regarding the courier service not picking up the items, they are yet not coming to take the items back.
Amazon has filed an NOC document stating their fault, it's been ** hours and there is still no sign of either Courier service or Amazon taking the necessary measures. If Amazon or their Courier Vendor is at fault here, why aren't they releasing my money back.

Amazon's Customer Service is the worst I've seen throughout my lifetime.
