Pharmeasy - Not returning the money after doing fraud with me

I have ordered a TUGAIN *% SOLUTION medicine from Pharmeasy paying *** rs. I got it on **th NOV ****.It was the packet of TUGAIN * but inside it someone had put a Dabur gulabari. The outter packaging with pharmeasy wrap was intact,so I opened it. But inside the package the real medicine package seal was broken and I found Dabur gulabari inside the Tugain * %Solution pack. I took some images of that and I called them and they told me to return it. So I returned it. But after the package reached them, a message came retailer has declined your return request. From that day I am calling them regularly and they are playing with me . They are neither dening nor solving the case. Now it is almost ** days. Kindly help me.
